gdb: use make_unique_xstrdup in debuginfod-support.c

Use make_unique_xstrdup instead of reset + xstrdup.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* debuginfod-support.c (debuginfod_source_query): Use
	make_unique_xstrdup.
